Are all Open Educational Resources (OERs) digital?

Most Open Educational Resources (OERs) are digital but they do not have to be. Due to the nature of sharing and updating the content, the digital environment works well for OER. Many places that curate OERs such as OpenStax and Pressbooks make print-friendly PDFs available and sometimes you can even purchase a bound print copy if you prefer.
