How can I be sure my InterLibrary Loan (ILL) request has been received or is being processed?
Answer
Log into the library's Interlibrary Loan (ILL) system with your WSU username and password. Your current requests will be listed in the "outstanding requests" section of the Main Menu. On the right side of each request is listed the current status of that request.
